What Happens to my personal information if I terminate my account with Mouse Bytez, LLC?
When Your Mouse Bytez, LLC account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant Mouse Bytez, LLC databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. Refund Policy
If you receive an item from our store that is different than what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us directly to report the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Once we receive the item back we will issue you a refund within 14 days. If your purchase is for Design Services, Writing Services, Domain or Hosting Services No refund will be issued as this is a custom service and time was spent making the product. If you are not satisfied, we will continue to work with you up to 5 revisions. For Website refunds please see your contract as that this is subject to billing for all work already done at the hourly rate of $35.00 an hour.
